RIECKERMANN AT CIPM (AUTUMN 2024)
Showcasing innovation and welcoming new partners at the 65th CIPM exposition
Rieckermann has returned once again to participate in the 65th (Autumn 2024) National & China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition (CIPM) in cooperation with their various well-regarded partners in the pharmaceutical industry at a large, 378 sqm booth. Together, they aimed to showcase a complete solution with cutting-edge technologies that addresses the evolving needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
These partners included Bausch + Stroebel for aseptic filling, Glatt for tablet granulation and coating, SKAN for isolators, Harro Höfliger for automatic assembly technology, ATEC for stopper processing and transfer systems, and Korsch for tablet presses, among others.
A key highlight at Rieckermann’s exhibition booth this year was MG2’s Flexlab capsule filling machine, which is simple, compact and fully automated, making it ideal for R&D laboratories, clinical trials, small batches, and special pharmaceutical productions. This innovative equipment is expected to significantly enhance development and manufacturing processes within the pharmaceutical sector.
Rieckermann also welcomed new partners Rotzinger and Sensum who participated with them at the CIPM for the first time, contributing valuable expertise and insight into sustainable packaging solutions for solid and liquid end products as well as a close look at fully automated visual inspection systems for tablets, capsules and soft capsules at medium and high speed scale.
The show attracted representatives from pharmaceutical companies involved in liquid, solid, and semi-solid formulations, as well as biopharmaceuticals. Attendees included professionals from production, purchasing, and engineering departments, university students, and delegates from relevant pharmaceutical equipment associations.
This year’s event took place from November 17 to 19, 2024, at the Xiamen International EXPO Center in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, China and attracted over 60,000 visitors. It marked Rieckermann’s 14th consecutive year at CIPM since they first participated in 2010, highlighting their ongoing commitment to the pharmaceutical machinery industry with 360° customized industrial solutions including engineering, machinery and technical services.
