Solutions for the food processing industry
From June 23 to 27, 2025, Rieckermann’s Smartest Kitchen in Asia (SKIA) test kitchen in Manila transformed into a hub of culinary creativity and collaboration as the company hosted their second Ready-To-Eat (RTE) week. Bringing together customers and partners, the event week welcomed 42 participants in a shared experience that combined knowledge sharing, product demonstrations, and delicious food.
The showcase’s highlight was the cooking frying kettle, Berief KIPPKO, which was used to prepare a variety of dishes such as chili con carne, pulled pork, and a local favorite called caldereta. These meals highlighted the machine’s flexibility and encouraged discussions about product potential and application.
The cooking demonstrations were joined by Chef Stefan Kaltenhaeuser from Berief Nahrungsmittelgesellschaft GmbH, who added great value and energy to the sessions. Ronald Ambrassat from Holac was also present to showcase the company’s precise cutting technology during the preparation of ingredients for the cooking sessions.
This event demonstrates Rieckermann’s ongoing commitment to providing top-quality solutions and exceptional service to their customers in the food processing industry via the SKIA test kitchen.
