><p>Rieckermann\u2019s Technical Director of Engineering Operations, Don Grubb, was recently invited to be a main speaker at the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE)\u2019s seminar in Malaysia. The subject of the seminar was containment technology, in which Don has 26 years of experience. This technology has also been the focus of his presentations during Rieckermann\u2019s Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) seminars, which took place in Malaysia, Indonesia, and most recently, Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>Don kicked off the event with an introduction to containment technology\u2019s history and theory and further presented about containment\u2019s applications in OSD; containment in a sterile environment; and the cost, quality and safety considerations of containment technology.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019s presentations were not only inherently educational but also showcased Rieckermann\u2019s pharmaceutical industrial solutions, engineering capabilities, and machinery partners to a niche audience. Don has been a speaker for past ISPE events that were held in United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, and more recently in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>The seminar took place on April 23, 2019 at the Bangi Resort Hotel in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
