This data includes the IP address, timestamp of the request with date, time and time zone, URL path accessed, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request originated (referrer) and the user agent. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your browser. Processing of personal applicant data <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) We only collect your personal data as an applicant if you provide it to us voluntarily by e-mail, post or telephone. This applies both to applications in response to job advertisements and to unsolic-ited applications. We then record the information provided in the application. This includes, in particu-lar, name, date of birth, contact details, interests, qualification data and educational and professional background. The personal data collected from you will only be used for the purpose of carrying out the application process (legal basis Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, lit. b and lit. f GDPR, \u00a7 26 FDPA).<\/p>\n<p>(2) You are not obliged to provide the aforementioned personal data. The data provided may be re-quired for the conclusion of a future contract after completion of the application process. Without the provision of the data, it may not be possible to communicate, carry out the application process or conclude a contract.<\/p>\n<p>(3) Your data will be processed by employees and members of the management involved in the se-lection process. Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties. There is no intention to transfer your data to a recipient in a third country (not a member state of the EU\/EEA) or an interna-tional organization.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was col-lected. For this reason, we will store your data for six months after the application procedure has been completed and you have been notified of the rejection decision. If you have consented to a longer storage period, the storage period is two years. After that, we will either delete your data or obtain your consent again. YouTube video<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1) We have integrated YouTube Video on our website. YouTube Video is a component of the YouTube video platform provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter: &#8220;Google&#8221;), on which users can upload content, share it over the Internet and re-ceive detailed statistics. All YouTube videos on our website are integrated in &#8220;extended data protec-tion mode&#8221;, i.e. no data about you as a user is transmitted to Google if you do not play the videos. When you play YouTube videos, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corre-sponding subpage of our website. In addition, basic data such as IP address and timestamp are transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether you are registered with Google and\/or logged in. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile, you must log out before playing YouTube videos.<\/p>\n<p>(2) The use of YouTube Video is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and \u00a7 25 para. 1 TTDPA.<\/p>\n<p>(3) We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the EEA, in particular the United States of America. The data transfer to the USA is carried out in accordance with Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR on the basis of the adequacy decision of the European Commission. The companies involved and\/or their subcontractors based in the United States of America are certified in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. In cases where no adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (including companies based in the United States of America that are not certified under the EU-U.S. DPF), we have agreed other appropriate safeguards with the recipients of the data within the meaning of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR have been agreed. Unless otherwise stated, these are the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.<\/p>\n<p>(4) In addition, we obtain your consent in accordance with Art. 49 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you give via the consent via cookie banner or elsewhere, before such a third country transfer. This includes, for example, the number of visits to our website, sub-pages visited and the time spent by visitors.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Google Analytics uses cookies and other browser technologies to evaluate user behaviour and recognize users. This information is used, among other things, to compile reports on website activity. When using Google Analytics, the IP address transmitted by your end device when you use the web-site is always collected and processed automatically and only in anonymized form by default, so that the information collected cannot be directly linked to a person. This automatic anonymization is achieved by Google truncating the IP address transmitted by your device within member states of the European Union (EU) or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/p>\n<p>(3) The use of Google Analytics is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and \u00a7 25 para. 1 TTDPA.<\/p>\n<p>(4) We intend to transfer personal data to third countries outside the EEA, in particular the United States of America. The data transfer to the USA is carried out in accordance with Art. 45 para. 1 GDPR on the basis of the adequacy decision of the European Commission.
