Vietnamese government and the ministry of health, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vingroup.net\/en\">Vingroup<\/a>, the largest conglomerate in Vietnam and one of the biggest in Asia, is establishing a manufacturing facility in the capital Hanoi for the production of mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. The product is developed by Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc., USA, with whom Vingroup signed an exclusive contract for the transfer of technology.
