transformed into a hub of culinary creativity and collaboration as the company hosted their second Ready-To-Eat (RTE) week. Bringing together customers and partners, the event week welcomed 42 participants in a shared experience that combined knowledge sharing, product demonstrations, and delicious food.<\/p>\n<p>The showcase\u2019s highlight was the cooking frying kettle, <a href=\"https:\/\/berief.de\/en\/startseite\/\">Berief KIPPKO<\/a>, which was used to prepare a variety of dishes such as chili con carne, pulled pork, and a local favorite called caldereta. These meals highlighted the machine\u2019s flexibility and encouraged discussions about product potential and application.<\/p>\n<p>The cooking demonstrations were joined by Chef Stefan Kaltenhaeuser from <a href=\"https:\/\/berief.de\/en\/startseite\/\">Berief Nahrungsmittelgesellschaft GmbH<\/a>, who added great value and energy to the sessions. Ronald Ambrassat from <a href=\"https:\/\/holac.de\/en\/\">Holac<\/a> was also present to showcase the company\u2019s precise cutting technology during the preparation of ingredients for the cooking
