Rieckermann participated in Propak Vietnam once again this year, showcasing innovative food processing and packaging solutions for a variety of areas, such as fruits and vegetables, coffee, tea, spices and nuts, bakery, dairy and cheese, as well as plant-based foods. The exhibition booth featured expert consultations and a live demonstration of Rieckermann’s trusted partner Krüger & Salecker’s state-of-the-art, flat-bottom molding machine that presented innovative production opportunities designed for the bakery, confectionery, and snack industry. Additionally, Rieckermann invited visitors to participate in an exclusive VIP experience that included refreshments and innovative, healthy products from around the world in combination with the chance to explore exciting new product ideas.

Rieckermann has recently opened the SKIA (Smartest Kitchen in Asia) technical test center in Manila, Philippines to help customers develop recipes and dishes and scale up their ready-to-eat production to an industrial level.
