K2019

Rieckermann recently participated in K2019 to showcase their solutions that offer profitable, stable, and safe production for the plastics and rubber industry. In addition to the main plastic processing machinery, Rieckermann’s highlights during the exhibition were on process cooling and central material handling systems that can help to improve production processes. Besides this, their portfolio also included recycling solutions that would support businesses to reuse plastic materials, thereby increasing their profits in each step of the recycling chain. Recycling solutions are especially relevant in this industry, particularly with the minimization of plastic waste and reusable plastic materials currently being two major topics in the world today. With these global developments comes new challenges but Rieckermann is confident and uses this opportunity to support the industry with the best customized process solutions.

Rieckermann participated in the K exhibition with its own booth for the very first time and was very pleased with the level of interest shown by the visitors. Giveaways and enjoyable activities at the booth certainly drew in much appeal from the crowds. However, it was their international team of 42 experts from Asia, the Middle East and Europe present on site during the fair, which made the Rieckermann booth unique and diverse, with conversations conducted in various languages. With their presence in 19 countries throughout Asia and the Middle East, being able to understand customers’ business needs and provide local support to them are certainly some of Rieckermann’s greatest strengths.

K2019 took place this year from October 16 to 23 with the participation of over 3,200 exhibitors from 61 different countries sharing innovative technologies for the plastics and rubber industry. The fair takes place only once every three years at the Messe Düsseldorf in Germany and is the world’s number one trade fair for plastics and rubber.
