RIECKERMANN AT ACHEMA 2024
Unveiling their integrated Pharma solutions at the world’s leading process technologies show
Rieckermann recently exhibited again at ACHEMA, the premier global forum and world’s leading exhibition for process technologies in the pharmaceutical and chemicals industries. Unveiling their extensive Pharma portfolio, they showcased the latest sustainable solutions that measure up to current GMP standards.
A highlight of Rieckermann’s presentation was their comprehensive range of 360° integrated pharmaceutical industrial solutions. These solutions extend from single machines to complete production lines, as well as pharmaceutical consulting and engineering, and technical services. This year the main emphasis was on state-of-the-art technologies for pharmaceutical processes, including aseptic filling, tablet compression, blow-fill-seal, sterilization, and solid processing.
The company’s dedicated booth drew considerable attention, with a diverse team of engineering, sales, and technical service specialists ready to welcome visitors. They guided customers through the latest machinery and solutions provided by their technology partners, such as Glatt, Bausch+Ströbel, Weiler Engineering, De Lama, and Korsch. This interaction allowed attendees to gain insights into the latest industrial innovations and understand how these technologies could be implemented in their operations.
In addition to showcasing their products, Rieckermann engaged in meaningful discussions about current industry regulations and trends. Key topics included:
- Annex I – Facility design and equipment consideration
- Serialization and track and trace
- Modular continuous manufacturing
- Process Analytical Technology (PAT) for granulation process
- Intelligent warehouse logistics
These discussions provided a platform for attendees to get a deeper insight into the latest regulatory requirements and learn how to navigate them effectively. It was also an exceptional opportunity for cross-industry technological updates and exclusive networking, allowing industry professionals to share knowledge and establish valuable connections. Additionally, it was the first time Rieckermann had two booths at ACHEMA: the pharma-focused Booth A23 in Hall 3.0 and Booth F55 in Hall 9, which was dedicated to the chemical and energy industry.
Held from June 10 to 14, 2024, in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ACHEMA takes place once every three years at the Frankfurt Messe. Rieckermann has a long history of over 30 years participating in the ACHEMA exhibition. The next show is scheduled to take place in 2027.
