Air to liquid

Solvent recovery units (SRUs) are designed to meet the stringent regulatory requirements pertaining to VOC air emissions. Volatile organic compounds, emitted during various industrial processes, contribute significantly to air pollution and are subject to strict environmental controls.

Our technology enables efficient recovery of solvents from exhaust air. Thanks to pioneering activated carbon technology, almost all the solvents used can be recovered – with up to 100% of the original input quality. This is ensured through a regeneration process in which activated carbon particles act like magnets, binding solvent molecules from the air.

Besides the recovery of solvents, thermal and electrical energy consumption as well as water consumption is reduced.

Our Units ensure that the released air is within permissible limits and aligns with environmental regulations. The volume of recovered solvents often exceeds what is needed for dilution – eliminating the need for virgin solvents and transport. Liquid to liquid

Solvent recycling is the process of purifying used solvents for reuse in industrial cleaning and other applications. It reduces the need for new solvent production and minimizes waste. The process typically involves filtration and distillation, where contaminants are removed and solvents are separated from impurities based on differences in boiling points.

After the washing process, the contaminated washing agent is vaporized in the distillation unit using advanced heating technology. The vapors condense and the resulting distillate is collected in a separate container. Remaining solids are discharged at the end of the cycle and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
