Rieckermann unveils advanced production technology at Gulfood 2021

Rieckermann has shown their continued support for customized processing and packaging solutions in the food industry by actively participating in Gulfood, the world’s largest event for food & beverages manufacturing.

Being a driver of smart innovations, Rieckermann took this opportunity to showcase cutting-edge technology that automates the manufacturing process of pastries and bread rolls, such as pizzas, croissants, donuts and ethnic food, as well as thermal food processing technologies. The Rieckermann booth was shared with their partners: RONDO Burgdorf AG from Switzerland, KOENIG from Austria, Belshaw Adamatic from the United States and Berief Innovative from Germany, the top players in the food & beverages industry.

Since the start of the pandemic, this was Rieckermann’s first physical participation in an exhibition in the Middle East. Their diverse team of experts from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Germany and Egypt welcomed visitors and customers from around the world at their booth, demonstrating their commitment to providing all-round service, including engineering, process technology and technical services.

The Gulfood Manufacturing Show is an annual event that brings together market leaders of the food and beverage industry to celebrate innovative technology. This year, Gulfood took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, United Arab Emirates (UAE) from November 7 to 9, 2021. The event was inaugurated by H.E. Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy, who presided at the official opening ceremony. This was the tenth occasion on which Rieckermann has taken part in the event.
