Rieckermann Group strengthens commitment to the printing industry with strategic investment in Renzmann GmbH

Rieckermann is proud to welcome a new member to the Group. Effective Friday, February 14, 2025, JR New Horizons, Rieckermann’s independent investment arm, was able to acquire a renowned technology leader in the field of solvent recovery and washing systems through an asset deal.

Renzmann, located in Monzingen, Germany, develops and produces highly specialized cleaning technologies for the paint, ink and printing industry worldwide. Their industrial washing machines and solvent distillation systems present both environmentally friendly and highly efficient cleaning solutions, which are especially gentle on metal components. For more than 50 years, the ATEX-certified company has been known for outstanding expertise in the removal of extreme contamination from printing machines and accessories.

As part of this transaction, the former D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH has been renamed Renzmann GmbH and will continue to operate autonomously. They will keep their own brand, while thriving in close cooperation with the Rieckermann Group.
