RIECKERMANN SHINES AT ACHEMA 2024 WITH A SECOND BOOTH
Highlighting new and integrated solutions for the chemical and energy industry
Rieckermann recently attended ACHEMA 2024, the premier global forum and world’s leading exhibition for process technologies in the pharmaceutical and chemicals industry. For the first time, the company showcased their offerings with two booths, with a special focus on the chemical and energy industry at Booth F55 in Hall 9.
This year marked the debut of Rieckermann’s new offerings, as they expand their previous Oil & Gas industry portfolio to include sustainable processing solutions through the integration of their renowned expertise in waste-to-energy concepts, formerly known as Environmental Technologies. The new solutions were unveiled in collaboration with their industry partners Kanzler Verfahrenstechnik GmbH [Kanzler Process Technology Co. Ltd.] and BDI BioEnergy International, under the shared mission and motto of the show: “Let’s close loops!”
As a result, attendees had the opportunity to explore a wide range of innovative sustainable technologies, many of which are new additions to Rieckermann’s portfolio. The joint presentation featured a comprehensive array of cutting-edge, sustainable solutions, and proprietary technologies, including:
- Renewables to chemicals
Examples include green and blue ammonia, green methanol, and epoxy resin - Environmental protection
Featuring blue hydrogen, brine treatment, and CO2 valorization - Waste to value
Showcasing industrial heat pumps, biogas, and biodiesel, along with pretreatment solutions for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) - Contracting and services
Highlighting Rieckermann’s roles for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), Build-Own-Operate/Transfer (BOO/BOT), and as a global trade finance partner
The exhibition offered a unique opportunity for cross-industry technological updates and exclusive networking, as the company was also presented with another pharma-focused booth at A23, Hall 3. Flynn Seidel, in charge of Strategic Business Development at Rieckermann, expressed his enthusiasm for this new setup: “I am excited and proud that this year, Rieckermann is represented by two booths – one for our pharmaceutical industry and the other for our chemical and energy industry offerings. I have visited both today and have been talking to many of our customers about their projects, needs, and market developments, which Rieckermann can support with customized industrial solutions.”
ACHEMA 2024 was held from June 10 to 14 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. This major trade show, which is held every three years at the Frankfurt Messe, is a key event in the industry calendar. Rieckermann has been a consistent participant in the ACHEMA exhibition for over 30 years, with this year marking the company’s first appearance with two booths. The next ACHEMA show is scheduled for 2027.
