RIECKERMANN AT THE CHINA INTERNATIONAL DAIRY TECHNOLOGY EXPO 2023
Sharing the latest solutions and expert insights on China’s booming cheese market
The rapid development of China’s cheese market has created increased demand for diversified high-end dairy products. In support of these growing segments, Rieckermann participated in the China International Dairy Technology Expo 2023 to showcase their latest machinery solutions. These focused on promoting leading process technology and solutions for the manufacture of natural cheese and butter, including:
- Diversified processed cheese production equipment which allows selected raw materials and ingredients of various flavors to be mixed, cooked, and homogenized to make processed cheese products such as lollipop cheese, slice on slice (SOS) cheese, individually wrapped cheese slices (IWS), processed mozzarella, and other product types
- Fully automatic industrial halloumi / grill cheese processing equipment which converts milk into curd particles before they are pressed and boiled into halloumi / grill cheese and ricotta.
Rieckermann also featured solutions for whipped cream processing, spray can filling solutions, cheese sauce processing, hose packaging solutions, fresh Italian mozzarella string cheese processing, and cutting and packaging solutions. Present alongside their own experts at the show were dedicated industry partners from renowned dairy processing solution brands such as Agathangelou Ltd. and Karl Schnell (KS) Germany. With their support, Rieckermann was able to offer insights into the latest developments in the dairy industry, as well as suitable solutions to cater to the specific needs of different customers. This solidified their commitment to providing advanced and sophisticated first-class solutions and key technologies for product innovation and development.
The China International Dairy Technology Expo 2023 is the biggest and most influential event for liquid dairy processing and packaging in China. Held from June 4 to 6, 2023, at the Nanchang Greenland International Expo Center, the exhibition has drawn the attention and participation of local government departments, national regulatory authorities, and hundreds of enterprises. This is the 9th consecutive year that Rieckermann has attended the expo.
