STATE-OF-THE-ART PROCESSING LINE FOR CRACKERS LAUNCHED IN VIETNAM

Rieckermann and Bibica Corporation of Vietnam celebrated the opening ceremony of the latter’s fourth factory in Vietnam on October 10, 2019. The new factory, located in the Long An province, will produce Bibica’s new range of crackers. Bibica has invested in a state-of-the-art processing line through Rieckermann to produce the four varieties of crackers at a high capacity and high quality. The processing line supplied by Reading Bakery Systems in the US, can produce 1,000 kilograms per hour, which is equivalent to an output of up to 220,000 crackers per hour. The installation and commissioning of the line was completed by Reading’s and Rieckermann’s engineers until the project acceptance, with the additional after sales technical support provided by Rieckermann.
