RIECKERMANN AT BIO ASIA TAIWAN 2024
Showcasing pharmaceutical and engineering solutions at Bio Asia Taiwan 2024
Rieckermann recently participated in Bio Asia Taiwan 2024, aiming to strengthen partnerships and forge new connections within the biotech industry. The four-day event provided various companies, from startups to established industry players, with a platform to share industry trends and innovations from different regions.
During the event, Rieckermann showcased their pharmaceutical industrial solutions, featuring technologies from various partners, brought from their showroom in Shanghai. These included the following machines:
- Glatt – Pan Coater GC1, Glatt Vertical Granulator TMG, and Glatt fluid bed system Midi Glatt
- Bausch+Ströbel (B+S) – Filling machine, closing machine
- SKAN & B+S – Flexible extendable modular production system VARIO SYS, with one SKAN isolator and one B+S module for syringe filling and closing
- Korsch -Styl’one EVO compaction simulator
- Harro Höfliger – Assembly lab
- Becomix – Universal homogenizing mixer
- Cryotherm (Biological samples freezing & storage)
In addition to their solutions, Rieckermann also presented their engineering offerings, highlighting their expertise in front-end engineering design (FEED), basic and detail plant design, project management, and plant validation.
This was the sixth time that Rieckermann participated in the Bio Asia Taiwan. This year’s event was held from July 26 to 29 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center. Originally scheduled to start on July 25, the event was postponed by a day due to a typhoon. Taiwan is globally recognized for its ICT industries and rapidly growing, innovation-driven biotech and medtech sectors. The event aims to unite bioindustry executives and investors from North America, Europe, and Asia to explore business opportunities and engage with Taiwan’s burgeoning biotech sector.
