RIECKERMANN AT CHINA BRAKE ANNUAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION 2025

From EHLA laser cladding to cold spray and automated assembly, Rieckermann leads the way in Euro 7 compliance technologies.

Rieckermann was once again at the China Brake Annual Conference and Exhibition 2025, presenting a selection of high-performance machining technologies from industry partners that meet the stringent requirements of Euro 7 brake system solutions. This included:

  • ETXETAR laser cladding solution:
High-speed cladding for brake discs using Extreme High-Speed Laser Application (EHLA) technology, enabling superior wear resistance and considering environmental footprint. Their solution successfully passed dynamometer testing conducted by leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in Europe.
  • IMPACT cold spray technology:
Hybrid brake disc coating designed for high performance at a competitive cost, ensuring reliability and excellence in demanding automotive applications. This proven technology has earned approval from leading German OEMs. Cold spray enhances brake discs coating with lower cost materials while eliminating thermal distortion.
  • SUPFINA double-sided face grinding:
Precision double-disk grinding systems for brake pads, ensuring consistent thickness and surface quality for optimal braking performance.
  • BONETTO automation and assembly lines:
Fully integrated automation solutions for brake pad and brake caliper assembly lines, setting standards in production efficiency and quality assurance.

Each of these offerings boast unique advantages for precision, efficiency, and sustainability in brake component manufacturing. They combined the expertise of leading companies with over 10 years of experience in laser cladding, versatile material cold spraying, and more than several thousands of disc test coatings and grindings. The company’s expert representatives were also present at the show, guiding visitors through these solutions while sharing insights on technological advancements, market trends, and business-specific requirements.

The China Brake Annual Conference show was held from October 22 to 24, 2025, at the Shanghai Automotive Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China.
