Exploring a holistic approach to sustainability in printing solutions
Rieckermann has successfully concluded their three-part seminar on Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Packaging, with the final session for this year taking place in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event focused on the latest technological advancements in the packaging industry, offering a comprehensive perspective on printing solutions.
The seminar included in-depth discussions on rotogravure and CI flexo printing technologies, designed to enhance production efficiency. Rieckermann’s esteemed printing partner, HP Indigo, also presented their latest digital printing technologies, offering unparalleled customization and flexibility.
Active participation came from the Rotokemas Association, Indonesia’s packaging business association, ink and adhesive supplier DIC Graphics, as well as close collaboration with renowned industry players such as DEC, Kohli, D.W. Renzmann, SOMA, and HP Indigo. This ensured a rich exchange of knowledge and expertise, in addition to providing attendees with the opportunity to network with various key players in the industry. Attendees were also able to explore an on-site technology showcase for gravure printing, lamination, digital pouch factory, and other related topics for flexible packaging, identical to the previous two sessions.
